The Committee has recently funded the purchase of building materials to support the establishment of a cooking range in the Martindales rock house. The range was donated by Brian Boden and working with Mick Grove, a volunteer and Committee member, the range was installed over four days and was fully completed in September 2025.
An additional storage unit to support book storage for the book shop has been funded by the Committee and its installation was overseen by Ian Dixson, a volunteer and Committee member.
The Committee are currently securing funding to pay for major improvements to the footpath linking the visitor centre to the rock houses. The current path is in poor state and subsidence is an issue. The works are planned for winter this year and the new path and handrail are scheduled to be open for the 2026 season.
